Course description
This 4-day TWI Job Relations course leads to Certified Practitioner & Coach status. TWI JR strengthens your leadership skills and enables you to build trust and cooperation within your team. As a Certified Coach of TWI JR, you will be able to confidently and competently facilitate TWI Job Relations practice sessions, which are a key building block of embedding the new leadership practices in your organisation.
The small group setting of this training enables rich interactions and networking with likeminded professionals, as you learn and practise the TWI Job Relations skills.
Pre-requisites
There are no formal pre-requisites for attending this training.
This training is intended for internal trainer of manufacturing and service organisations. Consultants and professional trainers must contact us in advance of booking this course to discuss our licensing options.
Logistics
Location: Mojácar, Almeria (Spain)
Venue: Paradores Resort Hotel
Nearest airports: Almeria (1 hour), Murcia (2 hours) and Alicante (2.5 hours) with regular flights from the UK and European Destinations. Regular airport shuttles provide a seamless transfer to and from these airports.
Note: Price covers training fees and materials. (Participants pay separately for travel, hotel and food expenses.)

Paradores Resort Hotel in Mojácar is part of the famous chain of Spanish Paradores hotels. These fantastic hotels are located within historic buildings and locations of outstanding natural beauty throughout Spain. Paradores provide a unique way to experience Spain through its most iconic buildings, astounding surroundings, delicious food and great service.
