Course description
This 3-day TWI Job Instruction course leads to Certified Practitioner status. TWI JI develops your skill in delivering highly effective on the job skills training in your organisation.
You will also discover how other companies extract value from TWI JI, how to make TWI Job Instruction work in practice, and how to get effective standardisation going in your own organisation.
The small group setting of this TWI training enables rich interactions and networking with likeminded professionals, as you learn and practise the TWI Job Instruction skills.
Pre-requisites
There are no formal pre-requisites for attending this training.
This training is intended for internal trainer of manufacturing and service organisations. Consultants and professional trainers must contact us in advance of booking this course to discuss our licensing options.
Logistics
Location: Mojácar, Almeria (Spain)
Venue: Paradores Resort Hotel
Nearest airports: Almeria (1 hour), Murcia (2 hours) and Alicante (2.5 hours) with regular flights from the UK and European Destinations. Regular airport shuttles provide a seamless transfer to and from these airports.
